Weddings are one of the most special events in our lives. We care about your special day as much as you do and work very hard to make your invitations look perfect. If you are unhappy about your invitations in any way, please get in touch with us. We will work on the issue and make sure we find a solution.

CANCELLATIONS

In Blush Invitations, we spend a lot of time on designing as we want to make sure your invitations look perfect. Once you send us your invitation wording, we start designing your invitations and/or further wedding stationery elements in 24-48 hours. As we do not work on weekends, please allow us 2 more days if your ordered your invitations on Friday.

Your proofs will be e-mailed to you in maximum 48 hours. Until this time, you can ask for a cancellation and a full refund. After you receive your proofs, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee of €100. This is the fee of the time we spend on your invitations. Please ask for cancellation in the first hours of your order if you do not want to be charged for the designing fee. Once we finish your proofs and send them to you for review, we will not be able to refund our designing fee of €100.

Once all the paper work is done, and everything you ordered is printed, we cannot offer any refunds. Please note that every order is a unique order, especially designed for our customers. Invitations, details cards, menus, they all are designed with your own information.

This means we have no chance of selling them to other people. This is why we cannot cancel your order and cannot accept any refund requests after printing process.

If you want to cancel your order or change anything on your order after approving your proofs, please contact us as soon as possible, as we can still refund your money after charging the designing fee since the printing process has not started yet. If your order is already printed, we will not be able to make a cancellation and will not be able to make a refund.

Depending on your computer, the colors we offer on our site may look differently on your screen. Some screens are less bright and some screens are brighter than normal. Every screen has different way of showing the colors. After receiving your invitations, if you decide the colors are not like what you ordered, unfortunately we will not be able to make a full refund. Instead, we will be happy to offer you a discounted reprint option. You will be able to print a new set of invitations with another color palette with discounted prices.


CUSTOMER MISTAKES

Sometimes it happens! We send you your proofs and you approve, but when you get them, you notice there is an error on your stationery. In this case, we will be happy to help you about it and we will offer you a discount for your reprint. Unfortunately, if there is an error (typo mistakes and etc.) on your proofs but you still approved them, we will not be able to make a refund. This is why we suggest our customers to print their proofs on an A4 paper at home before approval to see if everything looks alright. Check your proofs a few more times and show people around you. There may be some errors you do not notice but they do!

SELLER MISTAKES

If there is a mistake caused by Blush Invitations (Printing the wrong collection, sending someone else’s invitations to you etc.), we promise you to handle the issue until you are happy. These never happened before and we are always very careful about every order, but if anything like this happens, we will try our best to fix the problem. You will not be charged extra for this.
