ABOUT US

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Our only selling platform is www.blushinvitations.co.uk and we have no physical store at the moment. This helps us reach every country in the world. If you love our designs, you can order your invitations no matter where you are. We have had customers all around the world, including Germany, France, Netherlands, England, Turkey, Australia and many other countries until this day.

DO YOU CREATE FULLY CUSTOM INVITATIONS?

Our service includes customizing our designs only (they are semi-custom), we don't design fully custom invitations. We have a style of our own and we prefer staying in this elegant, minimal and modern line. We don't accept any custom orders at the moment.

If you need something else to match your wedding stationery which is not on our website already, please just get in touch with us. We will be happy to design custom stationery matching your invitations to help you in this case.

DO ALL DESIGNS ON YOUR WEBSITE BELONG TO YOU?

Yes, all of the collections on our website belong to us and we hold the copyrights of all designs on blushinvitations.co.uk.

DO YOU SELL PRINTABLES/DIGITAL FILES?

We sell only printed products and we don't give away any of our designs in digital format. This is mainly because we want to offer unique designs to our clients.

 

PAPER STOCK & PRINTING

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR CARDS?

All of our cards are 300 gsm high quality papers especially used for wedding invitations and wedding day stationery all around the world. They have a fine texture which makes them look opulent and high quality.

ARE YOUR CARDS SHIMMER OR MATTE?

Our cards are a matte selection of best quality cards for a sophisticated modern look. We don't use shimmer cards in any of our collections.

WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING DO YOU USE?

We use digital printing as standard and foiled printing or letterpress upon request. Please e-mail us before ordering your invitations for foiled and letterpress options.

DO YOU PRINT 2-SIDED?

Our standard printing includes 1-sided prints only, however 2-sided printing option is also available with an additional cost of €0.50 per piece.

CAN I CHOOSE ANOTHER COLOR WHICH IS NOT ON YOUR COLOR CHART FOR MY STATIONERY?

Of course! If you have a color in your mind which is not available in our Color Chart, please e-mail us about it after purchase. You need to send its color code to us in order to make sure we use exactly the same color. Color codes can be found online if you search for your preferred color on a search engine.

WILL THE COLOR OF THE SCREEN AND PRINTED STATIONERY MATCH EXACTLY?

Due to the nature of electronic devices, every screen reflects colors differently. The printed stationery may look different compared to the color you have chosen from our color chart on your screen. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests arising from color issues.

If you are not sure about the colors on your screen, you can order a sample set in which you will receive a color chart printed on our standard paper.

 

PROOFING PROCESS

HOW DOES THE PROOFING PROCESS WORK?
We will e-mail you after receiving your order and have a quick chat to see if you have additional requests and then we will start designing your stationery and send you the proofs in 1-2 business days.
You have three free rounds of revisions and limitless additional revisions after that (with a fee of €10 per round). Your stationery will not be printed until you are totally happy with your proofs.
CAN I HAVE MY PROOFS PRINTED?

At proofing stage, you will receive PDF files as proofs. Nothing will be printed. You will be able to see how your stationery will look on your screen. If you want to see the paper and printing quality, you can always order a sample set.

Samples include example sets and cannot be customized.

CAN WORDINGS BE CHANGED?

Of course! You can use your own wordings. Wordings you see on our invitations are examples only, and you can change all of them.

CAN I USE ANOTHER LANGUAGE ON MY INVITATIONS?

Yes, your wordings can be in any language. Some letters other than latin/roman letters can also be used, but this may make a change on the fonts and not all fonts might be able to accept these letters. In this case, we can always change the fonts to make your stationery look perfect.

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT WORDING/LANGUAGE ON A PART OF MY STATIONERY?

Yes, with an additional fee of €50, this is possible. Every different wording means more designing process. Every new design means more work and more setting up costs for us.

CAN I CHANGE MY CHOICE OF DESIGN AFTER ORDERING PROCESS?

If we haven't started working on your proofs yet, yes, you can easily change your decision and e-mail us about it. We will change your design at no cost.

If we have already worked on your proofs, we still can change the design, but this will mean a proof round and you will have only two more rounds after that.

If you decide to change the design after three rounds of proofing, you will be charged an extra €25 for a new design.

IS ANOTHER FONT POSSIBLE FOR MY STATIONERY?

If you liked one font but another design, we can mix them for you. This will mean one round of proofs and you will be left with two other rounds after that.

However, we don't recommend font changing as all of our fonts are chosen carefully and not every font might always look good on another design.

 

PAYMENT

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments on our website. If you prefer bank transfer, we can accept Western Union payments, too. Western Union is one of the easiest and fastest ways of transferring money abroad. If you want to shop our products with bank transfer, please e-mail us at hello@blushinvitations.co.uk to proceed with your order.

CAN I SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE USING MY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, definitely! We use a third-party global payment provider company to receive payments and we don't see your credit card details at all. Our website has SSL Certificate which provides our customers the most secure shopping experience. For more information, please check this page.

WILL I BE CHARGED FULLY AT CHECK OUT?

Yes, your credit card will be charged fully when you put your order.

If you would like to shop with bank transfer, you order will be open until we receive your payment. Once your payment reaches us, we will start designing your proofs. We don't start designing process before being paid.

ORDERS

CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Yes, to see the quality, you can order a FREE sample set. Sample sets will be sent with standard shipping which costs €25 for  Europe*, United Kingdom, Georgia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt and €70 for rest of the world.

If you don't have time or don't want to pay shipping costs, we can also provide you with some close-up videos. In these videos, you can see the quality closely.

HOW CAN I ORDER MY INVITATIONS?

You can easily select the invitation you want, the amount you need, a color from our palette, and proceed with your order. You will see a text box on the product page, where you should put your wordings in. Please don't forget to add your wordings here. You can also leave this box empty and send us an e-mail afterwards for your wording.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN AN INVITATION ORDER?

An invitation order includes an invitation card and a blank envelope. You can add RSVP cards, Details Cards and other elements to your order by simply checking the Matching Products sections under the product descriptions.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHALL I ORDER?

We highly recommend you to order at least 15-20 more invitations than needed since there might be wrong addressing and/or last minute guests.

Ordering more invitations later will be more costly for you as a result of setting up costs. Besides, we have a minimum amount of orders which is 50 and you will need to order 50 more even if you need just a few more.

CAN YOU PRINT GUEST NAMES ON OUR ENVELOPES?

Yes, our guest naming fee is €0.75 per piece. This includes digital printing only. Please send us an e-mail after ordering your stationery and let us know you want guest naming option, too.

We have REAL CALLIGRAPHY service, too. The cost for calligraphy addressing is €3 each item.

We will need your guest list e-mailed to us at the proofing stage and you will need to make another payment at this stage for guest naming.

CAN I ORDER INVITATIONS FOR ANOTHER EVENT?

Yes, of course. You can shop for engagement invitations, bachelorette party invitations, baby shower invitations, birth announcements, adoption announcements, gender reveal invitations, baptism invitations, bar and bat mitzvah invitations, circumcision feast invitationsholiday cards, anniversary party invitations and many other events.

All you need to do is to put the wording you want while ordering, and we will design your stationery accordingly.

WILL MY STATIONERY BE ASSEMBLED?

All of our Invitations, RSVP cards, Details Cards, Belly Bands, Vellum Jackets, Envelope Liners and Wax Seals need assembly. We will be sending you flat papers as to prevent any damage on the way. Assembly is very easy, and you will receive one assembled sample with your order to guide you through assembling process.

CAN I SHOP PRINTABLE FILE ONLY?

We are a printing shop and we don't sell anything digital.

 

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard shipping cost for all over Europe* and United Kingdom, Georgia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt is €35. Shipping cost for the rest of world is €85. If you are in a rush, we have express shipping service, too. Express shipping cost for the countries mentioned above is €85 and for the rest of the world, it is €145.

We have a WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING service on orders over €500.

We offer a discounted €5 shipping cost for Turkey as this is where our production facilities operate.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Standard shipping generally takes about 2-3 days for Europe, United Kingdom, Georgia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt and 3-4 days for everywhere else in the world. If you prefer express shipping service, it takes up to 1 day for Europe and 1-2 days for the rest of the world.

Please note that Blush Invitations is not responsible for any taxes and fees charged upon delivery.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your proofs will be e-mailed to you in maximum 48 hours. Until this time, you can ask for a cancellation and a full refund. After you receive your proofs, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee of €100. This is the fee of the time we spent on your invitations. Please ask for cancellation in the first hours of your order if you do not want to be charged for the designing fee.

Once everything you ordered is printed, we cannot offer any refunds. Please note that every order is a unique order, especially designed for our customers. This means we have no chance of selling them to another customer.

Depending on your computer, the colors we have in our color charts may look different on your screen. After receiving your invitations, if you decide the colors doesn't match the ones on the screen, we will be happy to offer you a discounted reprint option. You will be able to print a new set of invitations with another color palette with discounted prices. We cannot accept refunds for this case.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer any refunds. Every product on our website is a custom item and cannot be resold. If you have a problem about your order, please get in touch with us at hello@blushinvitations.co.uk and we will try to find a solution for you. Discounted reprints are also an option. We guarantee a solution for you in this case.

We highly recommend you to check your box at arrival and see if anything is harmed during the shipping. If yes, please make sure you report this to the officer. They will be able to write a statement for this. This way, you can ask for payment return from the shipment company. Blush Invitations is not responsible for any damages done during shipping.

I SEE A TYPO ON MY PRINTED STATIONERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We always suggest you to be very careful about any typos at proofing stage. If you approved your proofs but then you see a typo when you received your printed items, we will be able to offer you a discounted re-printing option. Please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help!

Any typos on approved proofs, wrong placements, and/or selecting the wrong color during check out will be responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer any refunds for related issues.

If what you received is not what you have approved, please get in touch with us and we will re-print and send your stationery immediately to you with no extra charge.
